Terms of supply.
These terms apply to supply between us and a business customer. Nothing here affects rights a consumer would have, because we do not supply consumers.
01Who we supply
Licensed clinics, practices and research organisations only, verified before an account is opened. We may suspend an account if a licence lapses, and we will tell you why.
02Professional use only
Everything we supply is for professional use only, by or under the direction of an appropriately qualified professional acting within their own scope of practice. It is not a medicine, and it is not sold to the public.
03Prices and payment
Prices are those on your account at the time you order, and are exclusive of tax and delivery unless stated. Accounts on credit terms pay against an invoice by its due date; we may pause ordering on account while a balance is overdue, and card payment remains available throughout.
04Delivery and risk
Risk passes on delivery. Check what arrives against the delivery note and the certificate of analysis, and tell us within three working days if anything is wrong.
05Returns and recalls
Cold-chain products cannot be returned to saleable stock once they have left us, so returns are accepted only where the goods are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied. Where we withdraw a batch we will contact every customer that received it and arrange collection and credit.
06Liability
Our liability is limited to the price of the goods concerned. We are not liable for any use of a product outside research, which these terms prohibit.
