Privacy.
We hold the details a business account needs and nothing more: the clinic name and licence, the people authorised to order for it, the addresses we deliver to, and the record of what was ordered, invoiced and paid.
01What we collect
- Clinic name, licence number and licence expiry.
- Name, work email and telephone number of each authorised person.
- Delivery and billing addresses.
- Order, invoice and payment history.
- Support correspondence.
02What we do not collect
We do not ask for, and do not want, any information about the people a clinic treats. If you send us patient information in a support message we will delete it and tell you.
03How long we keep it
Transaction and batch records are kept for as long as traceability obligations require, because a recall has to be able to reach everyone who received a batch. Marketing contact details are removed on request.
04Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not obliged to keep. Contact your account manager or write to us.
